A complete structural overhaul of a dated 1990s closed kitchen in Eastlake. The project required tearing down a load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and dining room to integrate the spaces.
What We Did?
We secured structural framing permits and executed the wall removal with temporary shoring. We rerouted electrical and plumbing conduits, installed new solid hardwood flooring, and fitted custom kitchen cabinets with built-in pantry storage.
