Services

Thornton Remodeling provides professional general contracting, structural remodeling, and construction project management services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties before any work commences.

Intellectual Property

All construction plans, drawings, and project documentation produced by Thornton Remodeling remain the intellectual property of Thornton Remodeling until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Thornton Remodeling shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
